If you are reporting a model price or context-window correction, include the provider name, model name, the official source URL, and the value you expected to see in the tool.
Model catalog & pricing. Send official provider links for new or repriced OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok, Qwen, or Llama models, and we will update the catalog.
Tokenizer behavior. Share cases where exact counts or estimated provider counts look surprising, with the model and a sample of the text type (code, JSON, non-English) if you can.
Browser extension. Report issues with the Chrome extension or suggest improvements to the selection, right-click, or paste flows.
Pricing API. Questions about using the free pricing JSON in your own project, or fields you would like added.
Product feedback. Tell us which metrics, file formats, models, or workflows would make the tools more useful.
Free Token Counter is a small, independent project, so replies may take a few days. Verified pricing corrections and new models are usually reflected quickly because the catalog refreshes daily. For privacy questions, see the privacy policy; for usage terms, see the terms and conditions.
Do not email private prompts, secrets, API keys, customer data, or confidential documents. The website is designed for client-side prompt analysis, but email is not the right place to send sensitive prompt content.
